One of my all time favorite programs comes from a company called Nattyware and the program is called Pixie.
Let me start by saying that this is a very small program only 31 kb and the install takes less than 20 sec.
Pixie is a application that allows you to get the pixel location of the mouse as well as the HEX, HTML, RGB, CMYK and HSV color values of that pixel. There is also a magnifier and color mixer.
Options Very Simple To copy the HTML color (#8CA611) to the clipboard press Ctrl-Alt-C then Ctrl –V to paste it where you need it.
